  • TOWER performs full or partial on-site inventory counts, audits, and surveys reviewing existing inventory systems, procedures, and protocols, or improves, enhances, or establishes systems when none exist.
  • TOWER meets with operational and key staff reporting potential issues including: ingress and egress, security and inventory control, storage, and warehouse facilities.
  • TOWER produces weekly portfolio reports and status updates to the Lender and Portfolio Manager with detailed movement and trends in the Company’s inventory, observing and reporting quantities and the condition of the Lender’s collateral inventory.
  • TOWER produces customized variance reports and summaries containing conclusions and recommendations. Inventory management reports include variance data and are customized to analyze and track any and all changes to the quantity of inventory, and the design and composition of the inventory.
  • TOWER reviews inventory for disposition and liquidation.
